4th of July Coloring Pages
These fun 4th of July coloring pages come in three different varieties. When I think of the 4th, I think of fireworks, hot dogs, burgers, tons of watermelon, and Uncle Sam. This first coloring page is perfect for kids of all ages. They will love the sweet faces on the objects and it’s simple to color. Plus, there are plenty of stars o the page as well!

Fourth of July Truck Coloring Page
The next coloring page features a pick up truck with a 4th of July banner, US flag, patriotic hat and balloons, and some fireworks in the sky. This American flag coloring page reminds me of late nights sitting under the stars watching the fireworks above our heads. It’s the perfect way to create memories with the family or to decompress after a day of work.
4th of July Adult Coloring Page
The final July coloring sheet is a compilation of objects that represent the patriotic spirit. You’ll see a grill, kabobs, burgers, hotdogs, stars and stripes, American flags, pinwheels and fireworks. Older kids will enjoy coloring this one because of the smaller spaces that have to be filled in.
Best Coloring Supplies
If you are wondering which tools to use when coloring, I have a few recommendations. It’s all up to personal preference, but here are my favorites:
Ohuhu Alcohol Markers – Ohuhu alcohol markers have a great ink flow and smooth finish, making coloring extremely satisfying. These markers make for great blending so you can create fun effects between colors. They work well with large spaces rather than smaller ones.
Stabilo 68 Pens – Use these colored pens for working with fine lines and small spaces. They would be perfect for coloring your favorite 4th of July coloring page.
Prismacolor Colored Pencils – I love coloring with these colored pencils. They have my favorite colors and so many more. The pencils work great in large or small spaces, making them a great tool for coloring a patriotic coloring sheet.
Sharpie Markers – This is a wonderful option for any coloring activity. They are an affordable option and easy to find in many stores. Just make sure you use heavier paper like cardstock so the vibrant colors don’t bleed through your paper.
A Fun Activity for Independence Day Party
These amazing coloring pages are great to put out at a celebration with adults or kids. Gather the free printables and some crayons, colored pencils, fine-tipped markers, or other art supplies. Be sure to print the coloring pages onto high-quality paper for better durability. Place the materials in a basket on a table and let guests color them while they socialize. The kids will love decorating their own holiday coloring pages while they eat yummy food and play with friends. They are a fun addition to any independence day activity!
