This sugar skull craft is a great way to help celebrate Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. I’ve done sugar skull makes before but with dimensional puffy paint. This time I wanted to do a more traditional sugar skull rock painting design and used paint pens. This design was inspired by these amazing cookies created by Melissa at Sugarbombe. See below for the step-by-step rock painting tutorial and the best paint pens to use on rocks.
